If we receive any compliments about our staff or our service we share these with all staff members at our monthly Practice Meetings. We also welcome feedback to be left on the NHS Choices website, the link for this webpage is here: NHS Choices then click on leave a review. These comments are always looked at and reviewed and we always ensure we write back with a comment. If you have a complaint we would ask you to complete the form below rather then putting this on the NHS Choices website (due to patient confidentiality).
Harbour View Healthcare aims to give a friendly, caring and professional service to our patients.
We aim to learn from any complaints/comments received to us. We understand that sometimes things do not go to plan and you may have concerns about the service you have received. You are welcome to raise your concerns to the Practice in the following ways:
- Coming into the surgery and speaking with the Practice Manager, Hazel Gow.
- Speaking on the phone with the Practice Manager, Hazel Gow.

You can either post this to us or email this to us (address is on the form). Alternatively you can pick up a copy of the complaints form from the reception desk at either site.
Clinical complaints will be investigated by the named clinician, or senior partner.

Healthwatch West Sussex is your local consumer champion for Health & Social Care. Healthwatch encourages feedback about services so that they can help influence and improve Health and Social care services.

Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Services - ICAS
IHCAS can offer support help you to make a complaint about your local NHS service. They will provide the information that you need and a specialist advocate to support you to make a complaint about NHS care and treatment. This is a free service and is independant of the NHS.
